Park Models are generally found in an RV park or community setting where the maximum allowable square footage is not more than 400 sq/ft. Park models are popular for use as a cottage, vacation, or retirement home and are built to the ANSI home code.
Park Homes or Park Model Alternatives are slightly bigger than the Park Model offering a little more sqare footage.
"Tags" offer the ability to add more sqaure footage without having to build the additions on site.
